

CLASSES
This class is available for athletes available during the time of 11am-12pm. It is run similar to an Open Gym, but athletes will be given more instruction/training.
REQUIRMENTS:
None! No previous experience required.
OBJECTIVE:
Increase fine motor skill movements, coordination, balance, strength & flexibility.
FOCUS:
Cartwheels, round-offs, backbend kickovers, walkovers, handsprings, tucks
This class uses coaching techniques that are specially designed for younger athletes. (*Child must be potty trained to attend class.)

OBJECTIVE:

Begin learning handstands, cartwheels, and forward & backward roles.

OBJECTIVE:
Build a solid foundation for basic tumbling skills.
FOCUS:
Teach and perfect all entry-level skills in tumbling and jumps, and incorporate these skills to 8 counts. Left and right cartwheels, handstands for blocking and rebounding, back bend kick over, and a focus on front and back walkovers
This class is specifically for teen athletes ages 12 & up with with little no previous tumbling experience.

None! No previous experience required.

This class will be for boys only. At cheer gyms, there are typically a higher percentage of girls, so we wanted to create a special time just for the boys!

OBJECTIVE:
Increase flexibility and perfect all body positions used in flying. As well as increasing jump flexibility & jump technique.
FOCUS:
This class is designed to provide athletes with important techniques needed to create the flexibility to perform the desired skills. Stretch class can benefit anyone and allow for added strength which results in a reduction of injuries.
