FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

​How do I unenroll for a class?

​▹ If you would like to unenroll your athlete from a class, please email cheer@southcountysports.com with your athlete’s name and the specific day and class you would like to drop.

To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, we must receive your email before the 1st of the month.
Unenrollment requests received on or after the 1st will not be eligible for reimbursement for that month.

How do I switch my tumbling day?

​▹ If you would like to switch your athlete’s tumbling day, please contact our front desk at (918) 998-8060 or email us at cheer@southcountysports.com.

If the class you would like to transfer into has availability, we will be happy to move your enrollment.

Do you offer trial classes?

​▹ We offer trial classes for families who have not previously attended and would like to see if a class is the right fit.

 

Trial classes are available if the class you are interested in has openings. The cost is $20, and that fee will be applied toward that month’s tuition if you decide to enroll.

I want to do a drop-in class. How much does it cost?

​▹ We do offer drop-in classes if there is availability. The cost is $25 per class.

Please contact the office prior to the class to confirm availability. We ask that you do not arrive without checking first.

How do you schedule a private lesson? 

​▹ If you already have an account with us, we would be happy to send you information on how to schedule a private lesson. Please contact the office at (918) 998-8060 or email cheer@southcountysports.com.

 

If you do not have an account, you will need to create one through our Parent Portal before scheduling.

What happens if I miss a class? Do you offer makeups?

​▹ Our policy is that we do not offer make-up classes for missed classes. However, we understand that certain situations may arise, and you are welcome to contact the office to discuss your circumstances.

What is your snow day policy?

​▹ We make every effort to remain open and hold classes as scheduled. However, if our parking lot and/or sidewalks are unsafe due to weather conditions, we will cancel classes.

 

Classes canceled due to weather are not eligible for make-ups.

Can I bring a friend to class?

​▹ If your friend has an account with us, their parent has contacted the office, and there is room in the class, they are welcome to attend as a $25 drop-in.

 

If they do not have an account or we have not heard from their parent, they will need to remain upstairs in the viewing area during class time.
