Our Preschool Gymnastics classes are all about building confidence, coordination, and a love for movement in a fun, playful environment.

Through age-appropriate activities, little ones learn the basics of balance, strength, and flexibility while exploring rolls, jumps, and simple skills. With plenty of encouragement and smiles, it’s the perfect first step into gymnastics—and a great way to burn energy, make friends, and have fun!

Parent & Tot

AGES 15 MO - 3 YEARS

Parent-assisted class focuses on movement, gross motor skills, coordination and balance.

* Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for this class.

Class focuses on movement, coordination, balance, stretching and beginning skills progressions.

*Children MUST be potty-trained to attend this class. Children that are not yet potty-trained should enroll in our Parent & Tot class.
