Blue Stars 1 & 2

AGES 5-7

Intermediate level class for students, ages 5-7, who have mastered Mini-Stars skills. Students with prior experience may be evaluated and placed directly into this class. Skills in this class include: vertical handstand, cartwheel, bridge, bridge kickover, pullover, casts, pivot turns, straight jump, 1/2 turn.

Beginning Gymnastics 1&2

AGES 8+

​

This is an introduction to gymnastics for students ages 8+ with little or no experience. Skills include: forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, basic swings on bars, walks and kicks on beam, and simple body positions on vault.

Intermediate Gymnastics 1&2

AGES 8-12

Intermediate level class for students, ages 8-12, who have mastered the mini stars or beginning gymnastics.  Skills include: vertical handstand, cartwheel, bridge, bridge kickover, pullover, casts, pivot turns, straight jump, 1/2 turn Students with prior experience may be evaluated and placed directly into this class.​
