From beginners taking their very first rolls to advanced athletes mastering complex skills, our programs are designed to meet each gymnast where they are and help them reach the next level. Parent & Tot

AGES 15 MONTHS - 3 YEARS

Parent-assisted class focuses on movement, gross motor skills, coordination and balance.

Class focuses on movement, coordination, balance, stretching and beginning skills progressions.

*Children MUST be potty-trained to attend this class. Children that are not yet potty-trained should enroll in our Parent & Tot class.

Mini Stars 1 & 2

AGES 5-7

Introductory gymnastics class for students ages 5-7. This class focuses on the beginning gymnastics progressions on each event - forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, basic swings on bars, walks and hops on beam, and simple body positions on vault.

55 min class / 1 day per week

Blue Stars 1 & 2

AGES 5-7

Intermediate level class for students, ages 5-7, who have mastered Mini-Stars skills. Students with prior experience may be evaluated and placed directly into this class. Skills in this class include: vertical handstand, cartwheel, bridge, bridge kickover, pullover, casts, pivot turns, straight jump, 1/2 turn.

Beginning Gymnastics 1&2

AGES 8+

This is an introduction to gymnastics for students ages 8+ with little or no experience. Skills include: forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, basic swings on bars, walks and kicks on beam, and simple body positions on vault.

Intermediate Gymnastics 1&2

AGES 8-12

Intermediate level class for students, ages 8-12, who have mastered the mini stars or beginning gymnastics. Skills include: vertical handstand, cartwheel, bridge, bridge kickover, pullover, casts, pivot turns, straight jump, 1/2 turn Students with prior experience may be evaluated and placed directly into this class.

1: 55 min class / 1 day per week

2: 1.5 hr class / 1 day per week

Advanced Gymnastics

Invite Only

Advanced level class (1.5 hr class / 2x week) for students of all ages who have mastered the Mini Stars/Beginning Gymnastics AND Blue Stars/Intermediate Gymnastics skills lists. Skills include: handstand forward roll, roundoff, back walkover, back handspring, front hip circle, back hip circle, flat back, and misc beam skills. Students with prior experience may be evaluated and placed directly into this class.

Parties

Let's Party!

Parties are 90 minutes and held on Saturdays or Sundays. 60 minutes of gym play led by a party host and 30 minutes for refreshments and presents led by you! Bring your own food, party decorations and cake. NO BALLOONS PLEASE!

Non-refundable $50 deposit to reserve the date.
